I received this handmade card from Canada! Today we’re looking at a solar-powered hummingbird feeder (as if the large caption didn’t make it obvious), with a few patrons ordering takeout from it. Hummingbirds eat insects and nectar, and based on the little tiny ports in the decorative flowers, we can assume this feeder holds the latter. But yeah, you can actually buy sweet nectar specifically for hummingbird feeders – I just found a bottle of good ol’ nectar on Amazon! I’m actually kinda curious how it tastes (I often ponder these kinds of things – it’s just how I am!) Some solar-powered feeders can change colors, while others light up at night with the energy they store during the daytime, making for a really neat yard ornament. Thank you bunches for creating and sending me this postcard!
